First part of carvingtraining

Zum Einüben des carvings und dem Umgang mit der Makita, dem Terrier - und dem Weasel - fräßaufsatz und dem Dremel, besorgte ich mir ein skuril gewachsenes Stück Buchenholz. Es wuchs an einem Seitenast einer großen Buche und mein Freund Clemens (der Förster) sägte es spontan ab. Die Windungen dieses Buchenastes waren die Folge des Umwindens mit einer Waldrebe (Lonicera vitalba) und hatten über viele Jahre eine solche Form erzeugt.Die Arbeiten sind noch lange nicht abgeschlossen. Das Holz war noch sehr nass, weil es kurz vor der Bearbeitung noch lebte. Ich werde nun noch die Bereiche sehr kleinschrittig weiterbearbeiten, damit der Eindruck von Natürlichkeit des Totholzes entsteht.Erst wenn diese Vorarbeiten in der Handhabung der Fräse eingeübt ist, werde ich mich an meine Bäume heranwagen.

In order to practise carving and the sencefull use with the Makita, the "Terrier" and the "Weasel" and the Dremelcarvingtool, I procured for myself a uncommen grown piece of beechwood. It grew as a side branch of a big beech and my friend Clemens ( the forester) sawed it off spontaneously, just for me ;-). The bends of this beech branch were the result of the twin around with a liana (Lonicera vitalba ) wich had generated about many years such a form.The works are not still concluded now. The wood was still very wet because it still lived shortly before the treatment. Now I will still process further the areas very much in little steps, so that the impression of naturalness of the dead wood originates.Only if these preliminary works are practised in the use of the milling, I will venture near my trees.

A fin de practicar esculpir y la aplicación útil con el Makita, "el Terrier" , y" la Weasel" y el Dremel talla del instrumento, conseguí para mí una pieza cultivada rara de la madera de haya. Creció como una rama de lado de una haya grande y mi amigo Clemens (el ingeniero de bosque) lo aserró espontáneamente, sólo para mí ;-). Las curvas de esta rama de haya estaban el resultado del gemelo alrededor con una liana (Lonicera vitalba) eso había generado sobre muchos años tal forma.Los trabajos todavía no son concluidos ahora. La madera todavía era muy mojada porque ella todavía vivía poco antes del tratamiento. Ahora todavía trataré adelante las áreas muchísimo en pequeños pasos, de modo que la impresión de la naturalidad de la madera muerta provenga.Sólo si estos trabajos preliminares son practicados en el uso de la molienda, me arriesgaré cerca de mis árboles.
