This Taxus had been growing about 12 years next to my garage entrance. Before, about 2 years ago, I've cut it back, and i carved and prepared with coarse knifes and grips a Shariaerea. The following spring he growes superbly and again he is increasingly compressed. It was only a rough cut back carried out without the major Side branches to steer etc. Now he was, in a relatively frost-free period, excavated, and showed very good and fine roots. For further processing, he was now planting in a large container, its thick stems were cut back and aereas were setted for further light, his thick side brancheswere bend in the later positions drawn and roughly wired. For sprouting healthy stands, as another work destination, the intensiv carving of the Shariaereas to what has been executed so far only very roughly . It is expected then a beautiful solitaire with an age of about 25 years.
